Armando Millan FBI Obituary, San Diego, CA: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is mourning the unexpected death of a special agent who passed away last week. Armando Millan died after a rigorous battle with a rare form of cancer.
Supervisory Special Agent at Federal Bureau of Investigation, Patrick DiMauro released the news in a heartbreaking statement on his LinkedIn page. According to DiMauro, Special Agent Armando Millan was pronounced dead on 16, October, 2024, from cancer complications. “My good friend, Special Agent Armando Millan, passed away today. He had brain cancer that he had been valiantly battling with over the past year.”
I met Armando about 18 years ago when we worked together in the FBI Security Division. A bunch of us became friends, would go out for lunch together, work out together, go to Happy Hours, and support each other as we strove to become FBI agents.
Armando and I passed our Physical Fitness Test together and then he was in the New Agent’s class two weeks behind mine in the academy. It was great to have a friend like him to be on that adventure with. Attached below is a picture of Armando, myself, and two other friends that we took about 16 years ago. We piled into my van and drove five hours to tailgate at a college football game.
