Glen Rock Death Investigations: The Glen Rock Police Department is investigating a death by suicide early Monday morning. A woman was found dead from a self-inflicted injury inside a home located off Harristown Road on Monday, October 28, 2024.
According to law enforcement agencies, the Glen Rock Police Department and Glen Rock Fire Department were dispatched to the scene for an unresponsive person report, according to the investigators, the woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Authorities confirmed that there are no threats to the public as the woman passed away from a self-inflicted injury. A suicide note was recovered.
Glen Rock Police Department—NJ: “There is currently an incident under investigation inside a Glen Rock residence. There is no threat to the public.” The woman was identified as a Glen Rock resident and a great community member.
“The death of a 50-something woman whose body was found at a home in Glen Rock this morning (Mon., Oct 28) was a suicide, authorities said. There is no need for anyone to share any other info. The reporters who went to the house off Harristown Road should leave.”
