Camrose Shooting Investigations: Camrose Police Service is responding to a shots fired report on Thursday evening. Police were called around 6 p.m., to the scene of a shooting, and residents were urged to stay on lockdown due to the incident.
In a statement released by the Camrose Police, the shooting happened in the area of 42 Street & 52 Avenue. The suspect was contained inside a home where officials say he remained armed and aiming at investigators. Residents were asked to stay off the area to avoid passerby injuries.
