Dale W. Kozarovich Obituary, Burgettstown PA Death: The Pennsylvania Department of Correction is mourning the tragic death of a dedicated officer who passed away in a tragic motorcycle accident this week.
32-year-old Dale W. Kozarovich, of Burgettstown, died in an accident on October 28, 2024. He was born December 31, 1991, in Sewickley. Dale was the beloved son of Daniel and his wife Sandra Kozarovich and the late Donna Lee (Black) Kozarovich.
Who Was Dale Kozarovich?
Dale previously worked for the State Correctional Institute in Greene County, was a member of the Hanover Township Police Department, and recently became a Corrections Department Police Officer. Aside from his father and stepmother, he is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Daniel Jr. and Julie Kozarovich; his nephews, Azariah, Judson, Mitchell, and Donnie Kozarovich; and his grandpa, Samuel Black.

Family and friends are invited to visit the MCCONNELL FUNERAL HOME, 447 Pine St., Hookstown, PA 15050, on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Everyone is urged to gather at the Community Bible Church, 4549 Route # 151 Aliquippa, PA 15001, on Monday at 11 a.m. for his service. Pastor Robert Kern will officiate. He will be laid to rest at Mill Creek Hill Cemetery in Georgetown. Contributions in his memory can be donated to VetPets of South Western Pennsylvania.
