Wawa Shooting: 1 arrested, 1 hurt after fight in West Chester, PA, West Goshen Police says

Wawa Shooting: One person was injured in a shooting outside a Wawa in West Chester, Pennsylvania, according to police. The West Goshen Police Department is investigating after receiving a report of a shooting outside a Wawa in West Chester, Pennsylvania, on Saturday afternoon.

According to West Goshen police, the caller reported that an altercation had developed into a shooting outside of the Wawa and TD Bank on the 700 block of East Market Street. According to police, one of the people involved in the argument was shot and taken to Chester County Hospital. Police say a second suspect was apprehended and taken to the West Goshen Police Department.

Later Saturday afternoon, West Goshen police announced that both shooters were found and/or arrested.  According to police, no bystanders were injured, and the community is safe.
